Sales office sales executive

As a Sales office sales executive you are responsible for direct sales to primarily existing customers. You work closely with the planning department. As a team, you are responsible for the immediate sales. Instant action and dealing with daily routines ensure a dynamic environment where we always seek a solution. A good relationship with the customer, production and logistics are essential in order to fulfil promises every day.

What you’ll be doing:

You check and process orders and quotes so that the correct information is shared within the organisation. You actively approach existing customers, whereby you explore their needs and plans and suggest products. You record and maintain product, customer and relationship details, and after delivery you evaluate whether the customer is satisfied and that everything happened as wished. You keep the stock on the various webshops and trading platforms up-to-date, and manage the product and price lists. You are also responsible for carrying out marketing activities and sales communication. You support customer events, arrange mailshots and manage social media.

Checklist:

  • Communication skills;
  • MBO+/HBO (Intermediate Vocational Education + / Higher Vocational Education) level of working and thinking;
  • At least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Good command of Dutch and English;
  • Selling attitude;
  • Assertive & proactive;
  • Full-time role.
